This session will include two critical components of an accreditation audit specific to the roles of a hoist operator and a rescue technician: documentation expectations for demonstrating compliance with applicable accreditation, and the role of interviews and potential job-tasks presentations.

Instructor Bio

Roylen Griffin is an executive director with five decades of experience in business operations, customer service, quality, and safety management. He specializes in medical transport and helicopter hoist accreditation services at the National Accreditation Alliance of Medical Applications (NAAMTA Global). An entrepreneur at heart, Roylen is a believer in “quality input resulting in quality output.”
