Instructor Bio

Susan Gidding, Life Flight Network’s senior director of quality management, has 35 years of experience working in the health care industry, including flight nursing, patient safety, and quality management. She has presented at quality, safety, and air medical conferences on topics including quality management, human factors, just cultures, crew resource management, and highly reliable organizations. Susan holds a master’s degree in health science.
