This course will benefit both new and experienced aviation safety officers (ASOs). We’ll discuss all aspects of successfully implementing and managing a safety management system (SMS), including the duties and responsibilities of an ASO, regulatory matters, risk mitigation, and accident investigation. Participants will gain skills in conducting safety audits, educating flight department members, and adopting practical safety applications within the workplace.
