Crew resource management (CRM) in air medical operations can be challenging when integrating nonaviation personnel. We’ll explore approaches to promoting crew resiliency for pilots of any tenure who may be unfamiliar with air medical services and the difficult calls air ambulances respond to.

Instructor Bio

Brian Rogge is a flight nurse and paramedic for Life Flight Network and has been in the air medical industry for over 14 years. He has been LFN’s director of clinical operations for the past 6 years and works closely with aviation and maintenance personnel to streamline operations. Brian has seen CRM develop in the air medical industry and is passionate about expanding it to promote resiliency when the job becomes difficult.
