Instructor Bio

Matt Goodrich serves as a helicopter air ambulance pilot at Parkview Samaritan and a senior software engineer at ForeFlight. Holding both an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification and a degree in computer science from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), he offers unique insight into ForeFlight as both a pilot and developer. As a Gold Seal certified flight instructor–instrument (CFII), he has helped 13 helicopter pilots achieve their ratings.
