Instructor Bio

Together, Kyle and Linda Reynolds have authored a training model made specifically for adults in the workplace known as Solomon’s Facilitative Model™. They have trained airline pilots, business aviation professionals, safety managers, and directors of operations as well as instructors from the US Department of Transportation and the FAA in the use of the model. Kyle is a corporate pilot and Linda a training designer and facilitator.
