Our responses form the foundation of our daily culture. A just culture emphasizes that mistakes are generally caused by faulty organizational cultures rather than by the people directly involved. This session will address how to deal justly with system issues and staff who make errors and why it’s important to learn from those issues and errors. Participants will gain an understanding of the principles and core values of a just culture.
