This two-day course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to manage and oversee a Part 135 operation effectively. Day 2 will introduce the knowledge required to manage day-to-day operations and to make alterations or additions to the operational capability of a Part 135 organization. We’ll also examine how to manage internal staffing and the relationships required with the FAA.

Randy Rowles has been an FAA pilot examiner for 25 years for all helicopter certificates and ratings. He holds an FAA Gold Seal Flight Instructor Certificate and a National Association of Flight Instructors Master Flight Instructor designation and was the 2013 recipient of HAI’s W.A. “Dub” Blessing Flight Instructor of the Year Award. Randy is the owner of Helicopter Institute, Inc., a flight school based in Fort Worth, Texas.
