This course will empower participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to continue effectively initiating, managing, and overseeing a Part 135 operation. It places emphasis on in-depth Part 135 management topics tailored for existing operators looking to enhance their management strategies or expand their organization. The target audience includes directors of operations, chief pilots, check pilots, instructor pilots, single pilots, and individuals involved in managing a Part 135 certificate.

The course incorporates interactive workshops to address operational challenges specific to Part 135, such as adding an aircraft to the certificate, submitting new company manuals for approval/acceptance, and adding or modifying Part 135 operations specifications.
