Rotor Safety Challenge (RSC)
Tracks:
Maintenance, Pilot, Safety
Instructor: Wayne Ehlke, LLC

In this session, participants will learn how safety culture has progressed over the years. The old safety culture perspective was often punitive, and only obvious corrective actions were taken. The new safety culture encourages reporting potential hazards and incidents so organizations can be both proactive and reactive. Safety may be considered an expense, but when an incident occurs, people and assets are affected.
