Instructor Bio
Clay Lacey is a commercial helicopter and airplane pilot and a tactical flight officer (TFO) with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Aviation Operations Division (AOD) stationed in Dallas–Fort Worth. Clay built the DPS TFO training program from the ground up and currently serves as an instructor within the unit. He teaches around the world on behalf of the Airborne Public Safety Association and individual law enforcement units.
