Rotor Safety Challenge (RSC)
Tracks:
Maintenance, Operations , Pilot, Safety, Student
Instructor: Bruce A. Webb, Airbus Helicopters

This session explores the differences between the intended and unintended results of an action or product. Unintended results may be positive or negative and may occur in daily life and aviation-specific scenarios. Our behavior outside the cockpit affects behavior inside the cockpit, for ourselves and others. We must recognize the potential consequences of our actions to maximize the positive and minimize the negative. We must identify and acknowledge those who make safe decisions and help those who make poor decisions, not through condemnation but with understanding and compassion.
