Please join us at Communications University, a free event produced by HAI’s Communications and Advocacy teams. These courses are designed for small businesses where resources are limited.
These are quick courses designed to introduce you to the basics, and handouts with additional information will be provided. Each of the four courses is limited to 80 participants. and courses will be held in the HAI HELI-EXPO News Conference Room (B207).
Registration at HAI HELI-EXPO 2023 is required.
Since seating is limited, all courses are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
The first event is open to all attendees of HAI HELI-EXPO (registration badge required), and seating is limited to the first 80 attendees.
The other three courses are open to HAI members only (registration badge required). Seating is also limited to 80 people for these courses.

Synopsis: Let’s look at today’s principles of Digital Marketing; how to map your audience; create successful digital campaigns with a small budget and tools available and affordable to market your business.

Synopsis: In this course, learn tips to create content strategy and a social media calendar, connect with your audience, and make viral content. During the last 20 minutes of the course, we will take a field trip to the show floor to create original content to share on your platform, including IG Reel templates.

Communicating Your Value to Elected Officials
Synopsis:
The goal of inviting a member of Congress to tour your facility is to educate them and their staff about what your company is doing to support its employees, customers, and the community. The vertical flight industry makes invaluable contributions to society each and every day. You have an important story to tell, and there is no better way to tell it than by having a member of Congress tour your facility. In doing so, you build a personal relationship that benefits you and the industry.
This course will cover everything you need to know to set up a successful Congressional visit. We will cover what should be done before, during, and after the visit. This class will provide you with clear and simple steps to plan and execute a meeting that will leave a lasting impression.
