The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is quite long. To better allow the press to move from one event to the next, we are now scheduling the booth events in 45 minute increments. We expect that will allow the media a full 30 minutes to cover your event, ask questions, and take photos. Then, it provides them with time to move to the next event.

Press conferences remain an hour long, but there will be a mandatory 30-minute cleaning and disinfecting process between events. We will allow press conference coordinators access to the space as quickly as possible, but your press conference may not start exactly on schedule if you require additional set-up time.

Exhibitors wishing to hold a booth event or a press conference should look for an available time slot on either schedule below, as well as one or two alternative slots.
