HAI HELI-EXPO 2022 Registration includes:

  • FREE admission to all Rotor Safety Challenge events.
  • An invitation to the HAI HELI-EXPO Welcome Reception on Monday, March 7, at 6:30 pm at the Omni Dallas Hotel.
  • Entrance to the Exhibit Hall from Tuesday, March 8, through Thursday, March 10.
  • Admission to all HAI working group meetings, forums, and workshops.
    Note: One-day registrations receive access to activities only for the day for which you are registered.
  • Admission to Manufacturer Technical Briefings and free inspection authorization (IA) renewal opportunities.
  • An HAI HELI-EXPO tote bag.
  • A one-year subscription to ROTOR magazine (if selected during registration).

HAI members receive a coupon for at least 10% off (for one-time use) any purchase made in the HAI Gift Shop. Visit the HAI Membership desk in Lobby D for your coupon for a one-time use.

HAI offers special discounted registration rates for the following attendees:

Spouses
Spouses who accompany a full registrant can register at the spouse rate, which includes all the benefits of a full, 3-day registration.

Students
Children (anyone under age 18) are more than welcome to attend HAI-HELI-EXPO.  All children must be accompanied by a registered adult. Because of safety concerns, no children (anyone under age 18) are permitted on the show floor during exhibitor move-in or move-out.

Registration for children ages 14 and under is free.  However, children ages 14 and under must wear a youth badge, which can be picked up at Attendee Registration.

Students and children must be 15 years old or over to register at the student rate. To receive this rate, you must document your status by uploading to your Registration Portal one of the documents listed below (you’ll receive emailed instructions on how to do this once you’ve completed your registration):

  • School ID card
  • Letter on school letterhead signed by your advisor or instructor
  • Tuition receipt demonstrating current enrollment.

Active Military
Active-duty military personnel can register at the Active Military rate but must provide proof of military status. Once you complete your registration, you’ll receive an email with instructions for uploading proof of eligibility for this discounted rate. After you upload your document(s) to the Registration Portal, your information will be reviewed. Once approved, you’ll receive an official attendee registration confirmation email:

Register by Fax or Mail

HAI will not accept faxed or mailed registration forms after January 14, 2022. Only online or on-site registrations will be accepted after that date.

Attendee Badge Policy
All attendees must wear a badge to be admitted onto the show floor. No exceptions will be made. If you forget or misplace your badge, replacement badges can be obtained at Attendee Registration on-site.

Mailing of Attendee Badges
Attendees residing in the United States who register by the early-bird deadline of January 14, 2022, will receive their badges by mail. Please bring your badge with you to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas.

If you register after January 14, 2022, or are an international attendee, you can pick up your badge on-site at Attendee Registration in Lobby D of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas.

Registration Schedule & Changes

On-site Attendee Registration, located in Lobby D of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, will be open at the following times:

  • Monday, March 7, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
  • Tuesday, March 8, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
  • Wednesday, March 9, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Thursday, March 10, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

Attendee Registration Substitutions 
HAI does accept changes to attendee registrations, such as the name on the registration or the dates of attendance. Changes can be made in the online Registration Portal or on-site at Attendee Registration, located in Lobby D. No changes will be accepted after Wednesday, March 9.

Attendee Registration Cancellations 
If you need to cancel your HAI HELI-EXPO registration, please email heliexpo@rotor.org by midnight, January 14, 2022, to receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after that date.
